The labor market has been very volatile since spring 2020 and the uncertainty for job seekers and employers is likely to persist well into 2022.
For marketers and creatives – and those who want to hire them – four trends stand out. They’re highlighted on an infographic from talent solutions company Robert Half.
For example, more than half of marketing and creative managers plan to start hiring in the second half of this year. More than one in three marketing and creative professionals are now planning to look for a new job.
The data and trends come from Robert Half’s 2022 Salary Guide, which predicts starting salaries and employment trends for 500 positions in seven specializations, broken down by region and country. The guide offers insights into the hottest jobs and skills for the coming year, and offers employers and job seekers advice on how to compete in the 2022 recruitment market.
