Great careers are no coincidence. A number of smart marketers are ready to step out of their comfort zone and take their career development into their own hands. At Adobe, we know it takes a lot of courage and passion to challenge the status quo and transform the way you engage with your audience. That’s why we recognize the 50 talented marketers who celebrate their success and share their mission-driven, inspiring stories with the world. This is how the Fearless 50 program came about.
About the fearless 50
The Fearless 50 is a year-long program for marketers who have one thing in common: an unstoppable urge to drive digital transformation in their businesses. This mission unites the members of the program, while criteria such as many years of experience or industry are secondary.
The ultimate goal of the Fearless 50 is to sharpen the leadership skills of its members and provide them with all the necessary tools for a world-class digital transformation. Mentoring opportunities from senior executives, webinars on a variety of topics, speeches, and thought leadership opportunities – these are just a small fraction of the transformative experiences available to program members.
One of our finalists, Enrico De Leon, hit the nail on the head when he described what the Fearless 50 is all about. “Fearlessness is not the absence of fear, nor does it make one immune to failure. It’s about being brave. Being part of the Fearless 50 is an affirmation that trusting the data, accepting change, and growing through experience are the foundation of courage. To be fearless does not mean carelessness. “
Look at what recognition is called Fearless Marketer means for the program participants:
- “A fearless marketer accepts the fact that opposing values complement each other. Darkness glorifies the light and challenges bring out the strength of the people. ”-Ajay
- “To me, being fearless means driving innovation and excellence. Set a good example and be brave enough to take action and make decisions despite the fear! ”- Karan
- “Once you become fearless, marketing becomes limitless.” – Zenita
- “The Fearless 50 understand that to achieve extraordinary results, you have to take extraordinary measures – but also not stand alone.” – Tricia
- “It’s so exciting to be part of a group of marketing pioneers who love to share thoughts, ideas and experiences to empower and inspire others to push creative boundaries further.” – Nicol
- “Being a member of the Fearless 50 means always breaking new ground and doing new and exciting things.” – Kate
